Built for Main Street.
By entrepreneurs.
Every tech founder in Silicon Valley has access to advisors, capital, and tools that make starting a business easier. We built BossWorks so the baker, the dog walker, the freelancer, and the salon owner get the same advantage.
Three things we believe
The principles behind everything we do
The person behind BossWorks

Sashi Reddi is the founder of BossWorks. He has spent years as both an investor and operator across a wide range of real-world businesses — restaurants, packaged food, laser hair clinics, luxury homewares, and fashion. All Main Street businesses. The same kind BossWorks is built for.
In the tech world, Sashi founded AppLabs, the world's largest independent software testing company, which grew to over 2,500 QA professionals across India, the US, and the UK. AppLabs was backed by WestBridge Capital (Sequoia Capital India) and acquired by CSC (now DXC Technology), after which Sashi built the Big Data & Analytics practice for CSC.
Before AppLabs, Sashi founded three other tech companies: EZPower Systems (web content management, acquired by DocuCorp and later part of Oracle), iCoop (group purchasing), and FXLabs (India's leading game developer, acquired by Foundation 9 Entertainment and later part of Electronic Arts).
Sashi also founded SRI Capital, a seed-stage venture capital fund investing in US and India startups in enterprise software and deep tech. And he runs SRI Trust, a charitable organisation supporting the education and development of over 1,125 children across three schools in Hyderabad, India.
He holds a BTech in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, an MS in Computer Science from NYU, and a PhD from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
